Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

All orders ship from New Jersey.
Shipping is FREE for orders over $150 to the 50 United States. 

We do not ship to PO boxes. 

We carefully pack every order but sometimes damage can occur in transit. If your product arrives damaged, please report it to us by emailing LviiScents@gmail.com within 72 hours of receipt. 

International Shipping

For delivery outside of the US, shipping fees and timeframes will be calculated at check-out based on the delivery address provided. Generally, from 2 to 4 business days based on service selected at check-out.  

Return and Exchange Policy

We hope that you will love our products and appreciate the care we have put into our formulas. We understand that sometimes things do not work out and we want you to be satisfied. 

We are happy to accept return products within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be unopened and in their original condition. Special orders and sale items are excluded and non-refundable 

To initiate a return, please first submit an email with your complete order info to us LviiScents@gmail.com and let us know why you would like to return. 

When returning an item, package goods securely and keep a record of your return method. Please include a copy of your original order with your return.

Send tracking information to. We will not be responsible if items are lost or damaged in transit. Shipping costs and return freight charges cannot be reimbursed. 

In the event that you would like to make an exchange, please follow the same steps as for returns. Once a return is processed a new order may be issued for the item desired.
